New Anglia University is pleased to announce a new collaboration with King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Through this partnership, NAU students will have the opportunity to undertake clinical training within two of the Trust’s prestigious institutions — King’s College Hospital and the Princess Royal University Hospital — gaining hands-on experience alongside some of the UK’s most respected healthcare professionals.

Founded in 1840 and 1869 respectively, they are among the United Kingdom’s leading teaching and research centres, renowned for their excellence in clinical care, medical education, and innovation.

Through this partnership, NAU students will train under the same NHS teaching environment that supports King’s College London medical students. The collaboration provides structured, GMC-aligned clinical exposure, integrating students directly into King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust’s clinical ecosystem — a benchmark of excellence in British medical education.

Strengthening Institutional Credibility
Access to clinical training within King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust demonstrates that New Anglia University’s curriculum, standards, and clinical training philosophy meet the level required for learning in a major NHS teaching environment. This milestone reinforces the University’s academic credibility, quality assurance, and alignment with recognised UK clinical practice standards.

???? Exceptional Opportunities for NAU Students
This partnership goes beyond observation. NAU medical students will:

  • Participate in ward-based learning
  • Engage with multidisciplinary medical teams
  • Develop key clinical skills, including patient communication and diagnostic reasoning
  • Gain early exposure to professional networks that support future Foundation Programme placements and postgraduate training

Preparing Students for UK Medical Careers
The collaboration equips students with the knowledge and experience needed for the UK Foundation Programme applications while ensuring they remain rooted in the NHS culture, as students are receiving training in leading UK teaching hospitals, fully aligned with recognised NHS standards and designed to prepare them for successful medical careers.

Looking Ahead
This partnership reflects New Anglia University’s commitment to delivering high-quality medical education and supporting students’ professional growth.

????Your journey begins abroad — but your clinical future remains rooted in the UK!
